Patient Safety Information

"Your Health Care – Be Involved" is an initiative developed by the Ontario Hospital Association's Patient Safety Support Service with funding from the Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care.

Please visit their Website to view information that they have made available to the public through this initiative.

NO BALLOONS of ANY TYPE are allowed into the hospital.  This is to protect clients with a latex allergy from inadvertent exposure.  We have a protocol for clients with food allergies/intolerances in place.
